Six years ago we came to restaurant A-Fusion for the first time via a friend. It’s one of his favorite restaurants in Amsterdam and now it’s one of mine too.
This place is a small typical Asian restaurant in China Town Amsterdam. It’s a family restaurant where they serve amazing tastefull dishes from California rolls, steamed oysters and dumplings to beef in black pepper and chicken in curry sauce.
It’s a combination of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes.
I often go to A-Fusion because the menu has a good variety of food and lot of lovely options. Besides that all the products they use are fresh and there’s a very pleasant up-tempo and excellent service. The reason why I fell in love is because of the friendly people working there, the good price quality, juicy meat and fresh sushi.
My favorites are the Beef in black pepper & the spicey scallop sushi. These two tasty dishes bring back some great memories of Asia!
To give you an idea of what I’m talking about:
You don’t have to make a reservation but during the weekends it can be a little crowded, you maybe have to wait for a few minutes.
